Authentique Lovestruck Sassy Valentine Card Folio

Authentique Lovestruck Sassy Valentine Card Folio with Handmade Flower

Hello, Friends!  Valentine’s Day is such a lovely holiday!  Who doesn’t love a day that’s all about love, friendship, card swapping, flowers and chocolate?  But Valentine’s don’t always have to be sweet, do they?  This Authentique Lovestruck Sassy Valentine Card Folio is lots of fun, too!

This is a 5″ x 7″ top fold card base with a 1/2″ spine.  And don’t you just love this sassy sentiment?  Never mind love…I’d rather fall in chocolate!

Lovestruck Sassy Valentine Card Folio: There’s a party on the inside!

The inside of this card folio really is ready to party!

The chocolate wallet is just the right size to hold an individually wrapped Ghiradelli Chocolate treat.  Because, it’s Valentine’s Day people!  Time to break out the chocolate!

How fun is this Valentine tag?  I’ve dressed up a Graphic 45 Ivory Staples Tag with papers from the 6″ x 6″ Bundle.  Then I added stickers, crepe paper trim and a felt heart embellishment.  The heart is made with Tammy Tutterow’s Prim Hearts,  Posie Parts and Bitty Posies Dies.

People often ask me, “What do you do with a tag?”  I have tags looped over cabinet pulls to brighten up a room.  They are great to display in an office cubicle, and fabulous to tie on a gift.  They make great bookmarks, are a fun addition to a mantel display and you can write a greeting on the back.  That’s just a few of the fun things you can do with tags!

I hope this Lovestruck Sassy Valentine Card folio has sparked your inspiration.  I’ll be back on Wednesday with some Lovestruck Valentine Ideas for the Kids.

Thanks for stopping by!

Cheerio,

kathy

I’m in love all over again. It never fails. I say to myself “she can’t top this”! WRONG again. This is so happy and I am in firm agreement with the falling into chocolate statement. Thank you !

PS: Love your ideas for displaying tags… like you, I never met a cabinet door that didn’t look better dressed with a cute tag.

Absolutely, Kathy; as much as I love my man, I think there’s always a place for “sassy” Valentine’s cards…. I’m just not the “mushy-gushy” type. This card is perfect, just like ALL of your projects! Thank you for another gem!

Good morning Kathy, luv your Sassy Valentine’s card…. The little girl is so cute looking on the back of the bingo card when you open up the card! Absolutely luv everything else about the card! It looks so vintage! but …sorry …just not sure about the origami looking flower on front …never cared for origami.
