Hello all you fabulous ribbon lovers!  It’s time to go blog hop hop hopping with Really Reasonable Ribbon!  The design team and our very special guest, the one and only fabulous Gloria Stengel from Scraps of Life and Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge Blog, have cooked up some fun ideas using the gorgeous April Ribbon Club Selection from

With Easter fast approaching, I wanted to have something cute to decorate the buffet table.  I saw these adorable stuffed paper bunnies and thought, that’s what I want!  I made myself a little bunny template on cardstock, traced around some patterned paper from the
Graphic 45 Le Cirque collection and sewed them up on the machine.

These are super quick and easy.  I recommend that you start sewing just below the bunny’s head, sew upward around the ears and then back around to the other side to make them easier to fill.  I just used the shreds from our paper shredder to fill mine.  Before filling, I used a small dowel to open up the ear area, and then shoved the shredded paper in there with a closed Zig marker.  Once I had the head stuffed, I sewed everything but the bottom.  Then I filled the rest of the area, stitched the bottom closed and added the ribbon.  I used Scor-Tape to secure the ribbon and hot glue to add the buttons and Sweetheart Blossoms.

My bunnies are 3 1/2″ wide at the base and 7 3/4 inches tall.  They make me hoppy.

Sorry…I couldn’t resist!

OK…now hop on over to my BOLB (best online buddy) Ginny’s blog and see what amazing artwork she has to share with you.  Leave love along the way, because the Easter Bunny is watching!  When you have visited all the blogs, go back to the RRR blog and answer Bonnie’s secret question of the month so that your name will be entered in the giveaway for the free pack of April ribbons!

Are you all ready for Easter?  You have a week left to get all your bunnies in a row.  I was going to say ducks, but bunnies are the theme for today.  Thanks for stopping in!  I’d love to hear from you because your comments make me happy right down to the tips of my crafty little fingers!

These are bunnylishous! So cute. I love to have place cards for holiday dinners and these would be perfect. Once everyone is in place we can put them in the middle for a centerpiece.

That is a great idea, Linda! My daughter suggested filling them with jelly beans before sewing up the bottom, and then everyone could go home with a prize. But I hate the thought of tearing that cute G45 paper!

Bonnie, I’ll be happy to e-mail you the pattern I made if you want it. Although, it’s pretty simple to make. Maybe I should add it to the blog.
