Daisy Bouquet for Your Birthday
Hello, Friends, and welcome to Heartfelt Creations Wednesday! I have a Daisy Bouquet for Your Birthday card to share with you today, made with the Cut, Mat, Create Collection of stamps, dies and papers. You’ll find a complete supply list and tutorial below the signature area of this post.
In addition to the HC stamps and dies, I added a lot of delicious texture with hemp cord and gorgeous brown plaid ribbon. I added more texture and shine by tapping this card with Copper Stamp Paint. I love using this product…it goes on so easily, dries in a flash and a little bit goes a long way.
Thanks for stopping in today! I hope you are making the most of these last few summer days, enjoying them with friends and family. Until next time,

Directions: Create a 5″ x 6 1/2″ card base from Very Vanilla Cardstock. Cut a 5″ x 6 1/2 rectangle from So Saffron Cardstock. Use Coffee Archival Ink to stamp the four corners with the corner stamp from the set. Tap all the edges with Viva Decor Copper Stamp Paint to distress. Set aside to dry. Tear a 3″ x 5″ piece of corrugated cardstock. It’s ok if the edges are uneven, just tear it freehand. Ink with the Viva Decor Copper Stamp Paint. Set aside to dry. When dry, wrap the center of the corrugated panel with brown plaid ribbon and blue hemp cord, as shown. Glue onto the stamped So Saffron rectangle and then onto the card base. Crop the corners with the Stub Corner Chomper.
Use Ranger Coffee Archival Ink to stamp the large focal stamp onto watercolor paper and heat emboss with clear embossing powder. Die cut with HCD 752. Color the image with watercolor pencils and a water brush. Distress and ink the edges with Viva Decor copper stamp paint. Tap some paint lightly onto the background of the stamped image to make it look aged and slightly grungy. Die cut the largest rectangle from Valiant Honor using blue paper from the collection. Use foam dots to adhere the stamped/colored image onto the rectangle and also to adhere to the card base. Add a touch of yellow Stickles to the flower petals and butterfly. Glue down the rhinestones. Add the bow, button and stickpins as shown. Use HCD 745 to cut out the sentiment ticket, tap the edges with Copper Viva Decor Stamp paint and glue onto card, as shown.
