Heartfelt Creations Sun Kissed Raindrops
Good Wednesday morning, my friends! It’s Heartfelt Creations Wednesday…the day that I get to share my ideas for using Heartfelt Creations stamps, dies and papers…one of my favorite days of the week. This week, I’m using the wonderful Sun Kissed Fleur dies and stamps with the gorgeous new Raindrops on Roses die for a Heartfelt Creations Sun Kissed Raindrops extravaganza! I’ve created a birthday card and tag set for you to enjoy.
It looks like it was a lot of work, but it really came together quickly. That Sun Kissed Fleur die cuts out 12 flowers with one pass through my machine…so that really speeds things up.
I’m loving the Raindrops on Roses dies for their elegance and versatility!
Just had to show you all the dimension on this card. We’ve had so much overcast this winter that it’s been hard to get good photos…it’s much lighter and prettier in real life.
The inside is simple with a flag sentiment cut from the paper collection and room to write a note.
Here’s the matching tag:
More dies, posies and tags.
I treated the tag with UTEE to make it look like glass. This is such a fun and easy technique!
The sentiment here is stamped onto a little tag . I love the elegance of the Raindrops on Roses topper!
A card combined with a tag makes a wonderful gift, don’t you agree?
Be sure to stop by the blog for a complete supply list and detailed instructions for both of these projects. While you are there, be sure to check out all the beautiful creations from the rest of the team. You can also find links to their individual blogs in my sidebar, right under the HC logo. I’ve had a sneak peek of their beautiful creations this week, and I know you will be inspired.
So, here’s my question for today: do you ever give your beautiful handmade cards/tags as a gift? I do! I feel that a handmade card or tag makes a wonderful, one of a kind gift so I make them for birthdays, anniversaries, baby showers, weddings, and Christmas. So much love goes into a handcrafted project.
Thanks for stopping by the blog today. I love sharing my ideas with you and hearing your thoughts. It makes me happy right down to the tips of my crafty little fingers!
