Truly Grateful: Really Reasonable Ribbon
Good morning, Friends! I’m the featured designer on the Really Reasonable Ribbon blog today. I’m sharing this sweet Thanksgiving card made with Graphic 45 papers (A Place in Time) and luxurious Diamond Satin Ribbon from the Autumn Ribbon Collection. Check it out:
I just love the rich, regal colors of this ribbon. And it really, really is reasonably priced!
I hope you’ll hop on over to the RRR blog and leave me some love there. I have details and more pics of this vintage card. I’m also entering this card in the Graphic 45 November challenge and this week’s Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge.
I’ll leave you with one of my favorite little Thanksgiving poems:
May your stuffing be tasty
May your turkey be plump,
May your potatoes and gravy have nary a lump.
May your yams be delicious,
Your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner stay off your thighs!
Thanks for stopping by! See you over on the RRR blog, where your comments will make me happy right down to the tips of my crafty little fingers. Until next time,
Cheerio,
kathy

Kathy, I had the pleasure of emailing with you recently! How awesome is that when God sends friends to each other in similar adversities! We are keeping you and Dale in prayer while you learn your “new normal”!
Your creations are awesome! I love the Heartfelt Creation Birdie! All of your cards are so inspiring!
Love the rosette on this one! Also love the tags! Actually I love everything about it!
This is a great vintage style card. Just lovely!
You used my favorite G45 image and my favorite RRR ribbon….so what’s not to love?!! Adore this one! Esp. the rosette.
Beautiful card, Kathy! I love this paper! Amazing as always!
Kathy…love your Thanksgiving poem. So funny. Your vintage style card is gorgeous! You have such a knack for creating cards that really speak to me. They are always so beautifully made and your designs are always just enough “stuff” on them to make them perfect! Sometimes people just pile on more and more “stuff” on a card and what could have been a gorgeous creation gets too cluttered. But your cards….never that way. They are always a perfect balance of embellishing, color, design and artistry. I did not know that your husband had had emergency surgery. What a scary thing! I am so thankful that he is home now and hopefully his recovery will be speedy. You have much to be thankful for! We ALL do! Thank you for the lovely comments you left on my blog about my Christmas canvas. I’m so happy that you liked it so much. I really enjoyed creating that piece as I love Christmas so much….and I truly love the vintage style at Christmas time. I guess that is because I’m a bit “vintage” myself. haha Love,
<3 Candy
