Amazing Paper Grace December 2021 Club Kit: Dear Santa Gift Envelope Card

Hello, Friends!  December is here and it’s time to share my Amazing Paper Grace December 2021 Club Kit project.  This Dear Santa Envelope card is a cinch to make, thanks to the clever dies in this month’s kit.

Y’all know how much I love pockets, so when I saw this die, I got really excited!  How fun to be able to make a pretty loaded pocket that fits on the front of the card for a change!  A Ghiradelli Peppermint Bark Square and a mini candy cane complement the Dear Santa theme perfectly.

This set also comes with some sweet little flower and foliage dies that I used to dress up the chipboard sentiment on the envelope flap.

Rusty jingle bells and forest critters add vintage flair to these Simple Stories Rustic Christmas papers.

Here’s a peek at the inside of the card.

It’s a busy time in the studio, so I will get back to work.  The Christmas Countdown Clock is     tick-tocking loud and clear!

Awwww!!! Sweet, sweet Christmas card creation Kathy! Luv the vintage vibe and how you can look and look and see more new embellishments! Beautiful front pocket too! Luv the perfect inside too! And I don’t think I would of ever thought to use red and white gingham on Christmas cards! You are such an inspiration! Big hugs, Suzy Q

I LOVE this card Kathy! There’s just a whole bunch of eye candy going on there! That gingham background is beautiful along with that gorgeous pocket die and pretty reindeer ribbon. You have such a gift for placing all of your elements in just the right place. This inside is an absolute delight with that pocket full of pretties. A perfect Christmas card! Thank you for sharing! Hugs!

Ah Kathy, this is so beautiful and such a reminder of those lovely Christmas days of our childhood. I always love and admire your ability to have such wonderful layouts and embellishments! I too love the pocket die and am excited to get it soon. I think it would be fun next year to hang decorated ones on a Christmas tree and have half a gift tag and have the kid find the hidden gifts that match the tags (like an Easter egg hunt but with a Christmas twist).

Beautiful card! As I’m learning to add jingle bells to my clusters, I really appreciate the closeup photo of the bow cluster…nice illustration of the concept. My neighbors are going to benefit from all my experimentation and practicing…’tis the season to learn something new and beautiful!!

This card is getting me into the Christmas spirit. Lots for the eyes to look at, I love the vintage pieces! Happy December first!!!!! Where has this year gone. BC has had a tough go, forest fires and now floods. Makes me wonder what’s next. Thankful to be where I am, we are wet but not like some areas. Thanks for lifting me into the spirit Kathy.
