Authentique June Desk Calendar Tutorial

Hello, Friends!  Can it really be time to share my Authentique June Desk Calendar Tutorial with you?  It does not seem possible!  But the calendar says it is, so here we go!  This month’s Calendar collection feels just like the blue skies and sunny days of summer.  And, people…it’s got bees!  Hooray!

Like all the previous months in this series, this desk calendar measures a tidy 6″ x 6″.  But it has room inside for loads of photos, memory keeping, and list making.  The easel style allows it to stand upright for display and close neatly for storage.  You can pull these out year after year and add new memories and photos as the days roll by.

The inside has a blank calendar where you can write down special dates.  The pocket on the bottom holds photo mats, journal cards and two little wallet sized folios.  I’ve tucked a nice sized folio into the hidden pocket built into the folio base.

Kathy, this has to be one of my favorite desk calendars so far! Of course the bees are absolutely wonderful and always a favorite of mine. The blue and yellow color combos are so pretty and really have a Summer feel . Can’t believe Summer is already here. Authentique sure made some beautiful papers for June and as usual you have worked magic with them! Thank you for sharing and for the great video! Hugs!

I did take the past & present Kathy’s calendar tour. I love the yellow and blue combination in todays calendar. And these desk calendars are so cute. Bees are one of my favorites – perhaps cause I sometimes like some honey in my tea. Another spectacular job; but I know to expect nothing less!

We have another lovely day here in Victoria, BC. June is going to be the month to beat I think. I do love my bees. This calendar does not disappoint. Great work Kathy, as usual. 🙂 Enjoy your day!

Kathy, I so enjoy these desk calendar tutorials. I’m already planning a complete set for a Christmas gift. Thanks for sharing the video…great tip for cutting two pieces for covering the easel. I recently did an easel cutting the full piece a bit larger to make up for the fold — it ended up being a little bulkier. Looking forward to seeing what you do for July…tfs this project. Hugs-stay well.

Another winner Kathy! Love watching you put these together.. I’m gathering ideas because I want to make one of these for my granddaughter’s bday in October. You are my”go-to” designer! Thanks again! Priscilla Hughs

I was so happy this morning to see you create the June calendar. It is raining here in Michigan and this tutorial brought a ray of sunshine into my life.. I have thoroughly enjoyed making these monthly calendars and appreciate you taking the time to film a tutorial in order to see the process. Stay Safe!
