I’ll Have a Blue Blue Christmas Card

RRRChallengeBadgeI’ll Have a Blue Blue Christmas Card for Winter Holiday Challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  It’s time for a brand new challenge at Really Reasonable Ribbon.   This will be our only challenge for the month of December and I hope you will join in the fun.  The theme is Winter Holiday.  With that in mind and with my beautiful Winter Blues Ribbon Club assortment in hand, I spent a delightful hour creating this Blue Blue Christmas card with Kaisercraft’s Frosted collection.

I used some icy branches I found in my stash to frame the corner of the card.

Warm Up Winter Blues…

blue-blue-christmas-wishes-christmas-card-for-rrr-by-kathy-clement-photo-2-jpgTo warm up the Winter Blues, I created a fun pocket on the inside of my Blue Blue Christmas card.  I tucked in a mini candy cane and a pouch of Starbucks Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate.  YUM!

Be sure to stop by the RRR BLOG where you’ll find lots of Winter Holiday inspiration from the rest of the team.  You’ll also find instructions for linking up your Winter Holiday creation with ribbon or trim.  I hope you’ll join the party!

Now I’m gonna go find some hot chocolate!

Thanks for stopping by!

Another pretty confection Kathy. I saw some of these papers at my local scrapbooking store and my eye was drawn to them. We used to sled at our local golf course and I still have my old sled which my sister decorated for me with lights and garland. She’s gone now but I have a lot of happy memories when I see that sled. Thanks for sharing.
