Lullaby Baby Pocket Card with Organza Ribbon and G45 Precious Memories
Hello, Ribbon Lovers! I was looking at photos of the grand girls the other day, which always makes me feel all gooey inside. Suddenly I had the urge to break out my G45 Precious Memories papers and create a baby card . It’s always a good idea to listen to your muse…and that’s how this darling Lullaby Baby Pocket card came into the world.
Because I wanted to keep everything about this card soft and sweet, I decided to go with a white organza bow topped with ivory burlap string. To me, it looks like fairy wings.
The fairies are guarding this precious angel while she peacefully sleeps.
Debra Natural Crochet Lace adds lovely soft texture and a wonderful vintage vibe.
It also did a great job of dressing up my little diaper pin embellishment.
A stamped border and sentiment and a teeny tiny gift card are tucked inside.
The large pocket contains a Staples Regular Ivory tag.
Instead of pulling the ivory burlap string all the way through, I looped it around for a different look, then topped it with more Petaloo flowers.
Is there anything sweeter than a sleeping baby?
Thanks for stopping by!
Cheerio,
kathy
