Craft Hoarders Anonymous Challenge 12: Who’s the Boss?
Hello, Friends! It’s the third Monday in July….and you know what that means, right? Yep! There’s a new challenge at Craft Hoarders Anonymous: Challenge 12: Who’s the Boss? So…were you the bossy one in your family? Still bossy? Well, this challenge is taking the boss to a whole new level. Here’s the deets:
Show some embossing on your project. You can use dry embossing, or heat embossing. You can use an embossing folder or a stencil. You can emboss with embossing paste or embossing powder. You can even create something with ultra thick embossing enamel. (UTEE) You probably have some sort of embossing apparatus in your hoard. Pull these embossing tools out and put them to use!
Our sponsors for this challenge are the good folks at Crafter’s Companion and Spectrum Noir. Here’s a little info about them:

I received a really cute little Angelica and Friends stamp along with a lovely 6″ x 6″ embossing folder. Here’s what I made with those goodies and my Spectrum Noir Pens:
I stamped and embossed the image on Ultra Smooth Cardstock, then layered it onto embossed circles. I embossed some raspberry cardstock with the embossing folder, sanded it, then fussy cut the swirls and added them to the card. I added a fancy bow made with Lavender Plaid Ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon. The flower is handmade with some old flower dies that I pulled out from my stash. The papers are ancient….I don’t even know how long I’ve had them or who made them. I also decorated my envelope.
Wanna see the inside? I thought so!
More of the dry embossed swirl, to keep in the spirit of the challenge.
