Ciao Bella Enchanted Land Fairy Banner Tutorial

Hello, Friends!  It’s Wonderful Wednesday, and I have an Enchanted Land Fairy Banner Tutorial to share with you.  June is “Fairy Month” here at Kathy by Design, and all our tutorials feature paper pretties from Ciao Bella Enchanted Land collection and Reneabouquets.  Today we’ve invited the newly released Spellbinders 3-D Sealed Botanical Wax Seals and Scallop Labels and Tags to our little party.  So grab a cuppa and a snack and get ready for some Wonderful Wednesday inspiration.

From Scallop Label to Banner Pennant

It’s always exciting when you find a new way to make a banner!  Turns out that if you flip a Spellbinders Scallop Labels and Tag die upside down, it makes a wonderful shaped pennant on a banner!  The die set has 11 pieces: 5 nesting labels (or pennants) and one cute tag.  I’ll show you how to pair these dies up in the video tutorial below.

Mushroom Houses

OK, so true confession: I have a soft spot for mushroom houses.  This collection features several whimsical designs, and I ant to live in one of them when I grow up!  Embellish the pennant with a sparkly Reneabouquets Butterfly, Bitty Hummingbird and a Spellbinders Forest Mushrooms Wax Seal, and you are good to go!

Mushroom Nest of jewels

How about these darling mushrooms all snugged up in a little nest with fairy jewels and itty bitty posies? Does it get any more enchanted than this?

Well, we could add a lovely Reneabouquets frame, turn it into a shaker box and add another sparkly butterfly.  That’s pretty magical, don’t you think?

Or, we could pay a visit to this charming itty bitty mushroom house in an itty bitty mason jar.  Yes, friends…I was like a child at play while making this project.  It was good for my soul!
