Farmhouse Garden Bread Box Album Kit Reveal for The Button Farm Club

Hello, Friends!  If you have precious memories of your grandmother’s country kitchen, then I think you are going to fall in love with this Farmhouse Garden Bread Box Album Kit Reveal for The Button Farm Club.  If you’ve been wondering where I’ve been, and what I’ve been up to, well…here it is.  This is the largest, most involved kit I’ve put together for The Button Farm Club to date.  The planning for this beauty began back in January, if you can believe that!  But I think all the time and effort paid off, because I love the way this charming project turned out.

Farmhouse Bread Box

This adorable “made from scratch” bread box is the centerpiece of the kit.  I don’t know about you, but this one takes me right back to my Grammy’s country kitchen.  You could always count on finding something delicious tucked into her bread box!

The Farmhouse vibe comes through loud and clear in the colors, patterns and images found in Simple Stories Vintage Farmhouse Garden collection.

The theme of the collection lends itself perfectly to a recipe album, garden journal or heritage style album.  And you all know how much I love a project that doubles as home decor!

The Mini Album

Here’s the sweet treat hiding inside that country bread box.  It’s a 6×6 mini album done up in Farmhouse style.  You learn how to build the tri-fold album base in the tutorial that comes with the kit.  So once you’ve built it the first time, you can make it again and again for any theme and with any paper collection you want to use.

A Peek Inside

The trifold album is built with loads of room for recipes, 3×5 recipe cards, photos and journaling.

You’ll learn how to add all kinds of interactive features to the album, too!

The back cover houses a dandy accordion pull out folio all decked out with gorgeous papers and images from the kit.

You know how much I love to share ways to make creative use of scraps.  This tutorial will give you lots and lots of delightful ideas for cleaning up bits and bobs of the paper collection.

The Recipe Card Envelopes

You’ll also learn how to make these clever 6 1/4″ x 4 1/4″ envelopes to house larger recipe cards.  These tuck neatly inside the front flap of the bread box.  The box also houses the mini album, isn’t that handy?
