Graphic 45 Flower Market July Folio Tutorial with Ciao Bella Microcosmos

Hello, Friends!  Can you even believe that it’s time for our Graphic 45 Flower Market July Folio Tutorial?  This year is moving so fast that it’s hard to keep up!  Flower gardens begin to burst with blooms once July moves in, and the Flower Market July papers reflect the riot of colors that accompany those beautiful blossoms.

While I’ve enjoyed making these folios this year, this month is a favorite for me.  Why?  Well, because while digging through the newly organized stash I came across Ciao Bella’s magnificent Microcosmos collection.  Talk about a match made in Heaven!  Wait until you see how beautifully this collection flows with the Flower Market colors and patterns!

If you are new to this year-long series, you can find tutorials for the previous 6 folios HERE.

A Peek Inside a Hidden World of Beauty

Here’s a peek inside this month’s folio.  It’s like entering a hidden world of beautiful flowers, sweet ladybugs, buzzing bees, adorable snails, and fabulous foliage.

See what I mean?

And while the folio base design remains the same as in previous months, I did change up the inner workings to provide more flaps and interactive elements.  All these things combine to make it my favorite Flower Market Folio Tutorial so far.

I was brain looping with your new ideas and the lovely music by Dale all day after watching your video. Note to self, must use belly bands the way Kathy does, with the added piece at the bottom to hold the tag or envelope in place, it is a really unique touch Kathy. The mix and match as you have done all year with these projects is working very well indeed and a great way to use papers in the stash especially ones that have been there for a while. I am going to have to watch the video again to pickup on the other added tips and layouts to take it all in! Thanks Kathy for sharing so much of your creativity.

This folio is stunning, Kathy! OMG, the flowers are so colorful and you can almost smell the sweet scent. Love the cute little critters, especially that snail. How wonderful it must be to live among the flowers. BTW I’ve always loved the name Larkspur. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous folio! Hugs!
