Graphic 45 May Flower Market Folio Tutorial with Let it Bee and Golden Grove
Hello, Friends! Did you think that I had forgotten about this Graphic 45 May Flower Market Folio Tutorial? No….I’m just playing catch up after a delightful Easter weekend with my family. I hope y’all enjoyed as much fun, fellowship and food as we did! I never get tired of time with the family!
Lilies are one of my favorite flowers, so I was tickled to see that G45 featured them for the May pages. If you’re new to the blog, I started sharing a monthly folio tutorial for each of the months in Graphic 45’s through the year collection. You can find the previous tutorials HERE.
This time, I’ve paired up these gorgeous floral papers with the Let it Bee collection, which is also from Graphic 45. We use quite a few of the Graphic 45 dies to create accent pieces for the folio, too.
If you don’t have these papers or dies in your stash, don’t worry! You can probably find papers that will work equally well. That’s the fun part about this series; you get to mix and match beautiful papers and dies and ephemera from your stash.
There is no shortage of flaps and flips and pockets and mini folios in this design. The folios are not just fun to create, but they make wonderful gifts. Imagine receiving the May folio if you happen to have a May birthday!
I love the way these two paper collections complement one another. I would not have thought of pairing up red and yellow, but the color palette really speaks to the colors of the lilies, so it works!
