Hello Sweety! Stamperia Sweety Tall and Skinny Box Card
Hello, Friends! Or should I say Hello Sweety? Because today I have a tall and skinny box card made with Stamperia’s new Sweety collection to share with you! Ooh la la! This collection is divine, my friends! I almost passed it by, but then one of my regular patrons in my Etsy shop requested a custom order made with these darling papers. So into my shopping cart it went, and I am so glad! This lovely little pink confection is all packaged up and on its way, but I loved it so much, I just had to share it with you. It’s always nice to start your Monday off with something sweet, don’t you think?
This is a 4″ x 8 1/4″ side fold card base with a 1/2″ spine. Layer the designer papers up with some Reneabouquets Beautiful Board, Printed Beautiful Board, and fussy cut teacups to create lots of depth and dimension.
Little Birdie Flowers and gauzy ribbon from Really Reasonable Ribbon add even more texture and a dreamy element to the card design. My favorite element is the little silver spoon filled with pink “sugar.” What’s yours?
A Peek Inside
Create a box pocket on the side to hold some little treasures.
This round magnet and lacy bookmark turn the card into a gift. So much sweetness!
The Week Ahead
So that’s it for me this morning! I’ll be sharing more Sweety projects soon. But now I have to go get out of my jammies and get busy creating my next Button Farm Kit. Do you want a hint? Well…it is Christmas in July this month! I haven’t done a card kit in quite a while. And Authentique paper has a gorgeous new Christmas collection out. That’s three hints! I bet you know where I’m headed.
So if I’m a bit scarce this week, you know what I ‘m up to. Putting these kits together takes all my attention and about 4 full work days to complete. That means no Throwback Thursday this week, unless I get this kit finished in record time, Hey, anything can happen!
I have a couple of posts scheduled to go live later this week…both tutorials, so that should keep you busy! Look for the supply list for this project below.
Thanks for stopping by!
Cheerio,
kathy

OMG; I am totally in love with this card and theme! I am so inspired and such a tea lover that this work of art makes my heart sing. (Of course last few days, I have been craving both chocolate and cake and this did not ease my craving – quite the opposite.). I love the spoon full of sugar, tea cups, paper, and lady are some favorites; but, of course, the “mint chocolate” (Girl Scout cookie craving now) butterfly has been on my wish list for a while. Butterfly wins! Now off to have celery….
Oh my my my!!! What is not to luv about this sweet confection!!! My favorite embellishments are that huge butterfly nestled in those flowers and the bow …the china looking teacups …the vintage lady …the pearl swirls …and every single inch of the inside too!!! I haven’t seen these papers! But they ard sweet! Thanks for sharing! Have a sweet week! P. S. Thanks for all the sweet hints! Stay safe! Hugs, Suzy Q
Love this delightful card! The papers are gorgeous! Thank you for sharing!
Oh, Kathy! This is just breathtaking!!! I love it so much that I went on your link and bought myself the 12×12 paper pad and the cut out page. I love the teacups the image of the lady, the spoon, etc… I could go on forever!!! God bless you always, my sweety!!!
Very timely! I’ve just ordered this yummy collection. I have some special people that will get my Sweety cards as a thanks for going above and beyond. Also searched around and found some really cute cupcake charms…can’t wait for everything to arrive! The spine depth of this card allows for that beautifully embellished bookmark to fit perfectly without getting squished. Your embellished round magnet would look terrific on my fridge! Magnetic sheets are readily available…thanks for this idea! I think I’ll add one into each appreciation card.My coffee pot died this AM…I’m off to get a new one. Enjoy pulling your kits together! By the way…we are forecast to be 94 degrees today…summer is here!!
OMG!! This is so gorgeous Kathy. I love it to pieces. Love the teacups, color, lady & the list keeps on going, just like the energizer bunny. You sure are amazing. Thank you so much for this one.
Love this card. Just ordered. Where can I find directions to make this card?

Your customer is going to be over the moon! So happy you shared this with us! Hugs!
