One Sheet Wonder Loaded Pocket Tutorial with Paper Rose Words of Wisdom
Hello, Friends! For this week’s Wonderful Wednesday, I have an amazing one sheet wonder loaded pocket tutorial to share with you. This design requires no cutting, no dies, no fuss and no hassle. Just a few simple folds and you have a great 6×6 pocket base put together. Add some designer papers and embellishments and voila! You have a gift for any occasion.
We’re working again today with the glorious Words of Wisdom collection from Paper Rose, but you can use whatever papers you have in your stash. It would make a wonderful baby shower, bridal shower, scrapbooking swap, get well or birthday gift. Just alter the theme and you are good to go. Wouldn’t this be fun filled with color-themed ephemera and embellishments for a scrapbooking buddy?
Party on Paper
Graphic 45 Ivory tags take center stage in my pockets. I embellished with some paper pretties (linked below) from Reneabouquets and some Little Birdie Flowers that I found in my stash. Both sides of the tags are decorated, with images and embossed die cuts from the Words of Wisdom Collection.
Take it Up a Notch with a Hidden Tea Party in a Box!
Add a flap to the back side of the pocket….
…then create a box pocket and fill it with lots of lovely gifts!
TIP: Use your scraps to “gift wrap” tea bags, individually wrapped cookies and chocolate. Tuck in a small spoon, ,a honey stirrer and some flower seeds for a wonderful Tea Party in a Box!

Wow so many treasures in one project. I agree that this design makes for a great gift. Love the shabby chic style and use of the papers. This is definitely going into the book of Kathy designs and hints that is kept in my desk! We are getting closer to the start of renovations and being at my desk is one place to get away from the action , so I need to make a list of projects to do. Thanks as always for sharing Kathy.
