Prima Spring Farmhouse Valentine

Prima Spring Farmhouse Valentine for the RRR Hop

Hello, Ribbon Lovers!  Welcome to the January Really Reasonable Ribbon Blog Hop!  You should be coming here from Karen’s lovely blog.  Today I have a Prima Spring Farmhouse Valentine to share with you.

The January Ribbon Club Assortment is filled with all sorts of delicious pink ribbons.  I chose to add this soft and dreamy 5/8″ Light Pink Sheer Organza with Satin Center ribbon from the club assortment.

First, I tied a triple loop bow using my Bow-it-All Tool.  Then I topped that bow with a loopy Pink Burlap String bow.

A smaller bow cluster in the upper left hand corner helps to frame the sentiment panel.

I kept the inside of this Prima Spring Farmhouse Valentine pretty simple.  Just a sentiment panel on the top, and a simple pocket with insert on the bottom.

Create the insert with one of the 4″ x 6 Spring Farmhouse Journal Cards and some extra pieces of brown cardstock.

Tuck a tea bag, a honey stick and an individually wrapped chocolate inside for a sweet Valentine greeting.  There’s plenty of room to write a personal greeting inside this little gift wallet, too.

This is one Prima collection I don’t have yet, but hope to include soon. Have been trying to add a few here and there while I have been out sick so that when I come back to crafting I have lots of pretties waiting for me. 🙂

Kathy, this is such a sweet and elegant vintagey Valentine. I always adore your clean lines and your attention to every little detail. The insides of your cards are as lovely as the outsides. They always perfectly compliment each other.
