Really Reasonable Ribbon March 2021 Blog Hop: The Easter Derby Card Folio
Hello Ribbon Lovers! Welcome to the Really Reasonable Ribbon March 2021 Blog Hop! You should be coming here from Ginny’s gorgeous blog. Today’s Easter Derby Card folio features the Spring Fling Assortment from the March Ribbon Club.
Bunny Derby Card Folio
These pretty pastel ribbons matched my project perfectly. Perky Pearl Pink Checkerboard Satin Bows add just the right amount of texture and shine to the folio cover.
Create a border with Lemon Diamond Satin and Mixed Pastel Vertical Striped Grosgrain Ribbon.
Even though this folio is tiny, it is loaded with flips, flaps and surprises. Pop up elements are always fun to discover!
And it just wouldn’t be Easter without the Easter Bunny and a bit of chocolate!
On With the Hop
Now hop on over and see what paper pretties Cheryl has in store for you! Remember to stop by the RRR Blog and answer Bonnie’s question of the month. Maybe you will be the lucky winner of your own March Ribbon Club Assortment!
If you’re not a member of the RRR Ribbon Club yet, now is a great time to join! You can find out all about it HERE.
If you’d like to see another example of this fun fold card base design, please check THIS blog post. I share a tutorial for a very similar base.
I hope you enjoy the rest of the hop!
Thanks for stopping by!
Cheerio,
kathy

Gosh, Kathy, Your folio is so pretty with three ribbons and blossoms on the front!!! Pretty vintage images and folds with all the pretty ribbons!
Kathy, this is such a fun card…who could imagine an Easter Derby?! Like the way the front pieces flips away to reveal those cute little girls and then just continues flipping to reveal the delightful Easter images. And…would it be a KC Easter card without those delicious goodies? tfs-stay well. Hugs.
This is an adorable Easter folio.

I love the pastel colors and these bows! The way this opens is SO COOL!
I continue to be amazed at the sheer number of interactive elements you manage to build into even the smallest of folios!! Love the front of this one…flowers are drawing my eyes. Those pink bows are so cheerful!
Your card makes my mouth water for CHOCOLATE! Those pink ribbons on the front remind me of the pretty Easter outfits my mother used to put us in. We always found an Easter egg in our new shoes on Sunday morning. Thanks for the beautiful card bringing back such special memories.
Precious folio front. Love that hare and little girl racing through the flowers. And the inside is pure Easter. Really like those rabbits on the inside too, especially the regal white rabbit on the left! Another charmingly adorable project!
Kathy, this folio is so precious ,I can’t stand it! That running bunny on the front amongst those beautiful flowers is absolutely magical! And what luscious pastel colors in those ribbons and that paper collection. I think I might have to have that! What a great little Easter gift this would make. Thank you for sharing!
