49 and Market Rust and Revs Masculine Card Kit Reveal for The Button Farm Club
Hello, Friends and Happy Day After Christmas! I’m just popping in very quickly to share this Rust and Revs Masculine Card Kit with you. This is my latest Quarterly Card Kit for The Button Farm Club, and I am super excited about it! You see, I’ve wanted to create a masculine card kit for quite a while now, but just never found just the right collection. Then 49 and Market released Rust and Revs and I knew it was what I had been waiting for! I can’t wait to show you all the fun card designs in this kit!
Kinetic Cards…Cards that Move!
Do you love making masculine cards? A lot of people tell me they find them to be a real challenge. But I truly enjoy making masculine cards. Kinetic cards (cards with moving parts) are a perfect solution to a masculine card-making dilemma. My husband really appreciates a little card engineering. Because this card kit is filled with mechanical images and patterns, kinetic cards, like these wiper cards, are a great fit.
Can you see why this is called a wiper card? With a simple pull tab mechanism, a fun wiper embellishment pops up from the center of the card. It’s kind of a play on windshield wipers!
Vertical Gatefold Pop Up Cards
This card is surprisingly easy to make, but really packs a visual punch. My husband declared it to be “very cool.” I’ll take that as a win!
Lever Cards
This card design makes me think of an automatic garage door opener. Just pull the tab and the card swings open.
It may look complicated, but when you follow my simple step-by-step instructions, I think you’ll be pleased with how quickly it comes together. And, it even has a little hidden gift card pocket!
Z-Fold Pop Out Cards
All the cards in this kit fold (almost) completely flat for easy mailing. The leather cords on this dimensional card add style, and keep everything neat and tidy.
But open the card and you find a super cool tiered pop out element tucked inside. These cards are super easy to make, and look fantastic on display. I even added a sentiment panel and a gift card pocket on the back of the card, just for fun.
Flip Flap Folio
We even have enough supplies in this incredible kit to make a fun gatefold style flip flap folio. You can see all the fun interactive elements tucked inside when you watch the reveal video.
