Graphic 45 Safari Adventure Pocket Card with Snapguide Tutorial
Hello, G45’ers! Are you ready for adventure? Of course I’m talking about the Safari Adventure Collection from Graphic 45! This collection is so stylish and perfect for cardmaking. I created this Safari Adventure Pocket card in under an hour with very few supplies, then worked up a Snapguide tutorial so you can make one, too.
Don’t you just adore the bright tropical colors and gorgeous patterns in this collection?
This 5″ x 7″ top fold card is loaded with fun textures: machine stitching, burlap, Petaloo flowers, ribbon and twine all come together in technicolor glory!
Using foam dimensionals between images adds lots of depth and dimension. Using the Safari Adventure Chipboard makes for an easy sentiment panel on the card.
And there are so many great images to fussy cut: flowers, leaves, parrots, and other critters. Oh, my!
Here’s a peeky at the inside:
Here’s a fun tip: I cut apart one of the cute little envelopes from the tags and envelopes package to make my gift card pocket on the top half of the card.
Then I made a quick and easy pocket on the bottom half and stuffed it with tags and ephemera from the collection. It looks so classy, but is super easy to do!
If you’d like to make your own Safari Adventure Pocket Card, just follow the simple steps in this Snapguide. You’ll also find a complete supply list there, too.
I love hearing from you! Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with me.
Thanks for stopping by,
