Graphic 45 Season to Celebrate Spring Banner Tutorial with Reneabouquets
Hello, Friends! Today’s Season to Celebrate Spring Banner Tutorial is sure to usher in thoughts of blooming flower beds, sunny skies and warmer weather. We’ll be building this vibrant banner with Graphic 45 Season to Celebrate Spring elements and paper pretties from Reneabouquets. I have some fun ideas to share in this month’s banner, so let’s dig in, shall we?
Springtime Tea Party and Flowers
Shades of pink and green are so refreshing after months of winter blues, don’t you think? And this big banner features two of my favorite themes: tea and flowers! And don’t forget the butterflies! Nothing says “spring is here” better than flittering, fluttering, flirty butterflies!
TIP: Spring green ribbons and dainty lace provide perfect accents for this banner. I even slipped ribbon through the grommet holes of the Graphic 45 tags! Then I tied on sweet teapot or teacup charms with a bit of baker’s twine. How fun is that?
Here’s a peek at the 4 large pennants. Mix and match pennant shapes to create a really interesting banner. This time I used the G45 Tag and Pocket Dies along with the Square and ATC Tag dies. The center pennant is made with Eileen Hull’s House/Pocket Stitchlets Die. Sweet tea themed Beautiful Board and Printed Beautiful Board from Reneabouquets fits right in with our banner theme.
