Authentique Snowfall Interactive Folio Kit Reveal for The Button Farm Club

Hello, Friends!  Oh what fun to share this Snowfall interactive Folio Kit Reveal with you!  If you’ve followed my blog for any length of time, you already know how much I enjoy designing and creating folios with flips, flaps, pockets and surprises tucked inside.  This Authentique Snowfall folio ticks all those boxes.  The cover sparkles like freshly fallen snow.  The interior mechanisms are more fun than a toboggan ride down a big winter hill!  Let’s take a peek, shall we?

First, lets talk about the basics.  Measuring 7″ x 7″  with 1/2″ spines on the left and right hand sides, it’s not too big and not too small.

Then I layered up the gorgeous patterned papers with sparkling Little Birdie Flowers, a glittery snowflake, vintage black buttons, and the cutest little winter charms.  The vintage style images in this collection are nostalgic and heart warming.  Don’t you just love them?

Next, just for fun,   I designed the folio with a wide belly band.  This doubles as the cover art.  But it also makes me think of a  high end slip cased book.  You can actually add your first winter photo to the folio cover.

I’ve prepared a little video tour of the album for you so you can really see all the wonderful moving parts.  But I thought I’d also share a few beauty shots.  The inside front cover, for instance, is a big slash pocket with 6×6 photo mats tucked inside.

How fun is this mini accordion folio that’s tucked into the calendar pocket on the slash pocket?  If one pocket is good…two is better, right?

The folio tutorial is filled to the brim with great techniques that you will be able to transfer to all your papercrafting adventures.  And, once you learn how to build the folio base, you can easily create it in any color or style or theme.  That’s one of the things I love about providing you with a “made from scratch” kit like this one.
