Stamperia Alice Eileen Hull Teacup Project Share
Hello, Friends! Happy Friday! I thought I would round out the week by sharing this Stamperia Alice Eileen Hull Teacup project with you all. This was a special order in my Etsy shop, and it turned out so cute, I had to take photos so I would remember it.
The cup base is created from mat board using Eileen Hull’s Sizzix Teacup Die. You may remember these Christmas teacups that I shared earlier this year. Since I am a tea lover, it’s only natural that I would have this die in my stash. And the die is a perfect match for my favorite Stamperia Alice collection.
Stamperia Alice Eileen Hull Teacup: Lost in the Details
I had such fun building this miniature scene on the teacup base. All the teacup edges are embossed with Stampendous Frantage Aged Gold Embossing Powder. The little ceramic mushroom and the flowers are both Stamperia products. And the itty bitty teacup is one I picked up from a friend in an online sale. Isn’t it darling? Sherry/Ivory Plaid ribbon seemed like the perfect match for the Alice papers I used.
Sometimes I really get lost in the details of a project like this. For instance, look at this tea tag. It cracks me up with the sweet teapot charm and spoon. I fussy cut those tiny letters from one of the collage pages in the collection.
Stamperia Alice Eileen Hull Teacup: What’s Inside?
I stuffed the teacup with everything one might need to host a tea party for one. Some imported British Digestive Biscuits are wrapped in designer paper and topped with a fussy cut quote and flower. A decorated honey stick will go perfectly with the English Breakfast teabag that is attached to the back of the Queen of Hearts Tag. And one must have a vintage silver plate spoon to stir one’s tea, don’t you agree? Then a bit of chocolate for the perfect finish.
Designing custom orders like this one gives me such joy. This is a perfect little gift…even if the recipient is yourself. I’d love to make you one if you feel the need for tea time with Alice. You can place a custom order request in my Etsy shop, and I’ll put you on the list.
Have a lovely weekend!
Cheerio,
kathy

Wow! How fun to unpack this teacup!Every detail is just so well thought out and a joy to see! I especially love the little tag and of course the mini teacup and saucer. And the wee mushroom; I didn’t know Stamperia carried those. I’m sure your client was thrilled with her purchase! I can see these as party favors for a child’s tea party birthday party, too!
Thank you for including the link to your Christmas teacups, as I had missed that post. How wonderful they are, too! Hugs!
This masterpiece will be gone soon I am sure! LOVE LOVE LOVE every detail and your Alice theme is fabulous! So much work and so so wonderful!
Oh my goodness, this is a gift that just keeps on giving! Everywhere you look there is eye candy and so much going on! I think my favorite part is the little tag on the front with the little spoon on it! But then again, I do love the little teapot charm. It’s a good thing I don’t have to decide on my favorite part because there is just so much I love about this! Have a great weekend!
