Stamperia Sunflower Art Trifold Folio Tutorial Part 1 for Make & Take Tuesday
Hello, Friends! I’m super excited to share this Stamperia Sunflower Art Trifold Folio Tutorial with you today. This is Part 1 of a 4-part tutorial series that I’ll be sharing all this week. We had so much fun with our How to Make a Mini Album from Scratch series that I decided to do another on featuring a simple and versatile folio base design.
Sunflower Art
This collection is one of the most beautiful releases that Stamperia has ever done, in my opinion. Summer is the time for sunflowers, and I can think of no better way to showcase them! We’re going to have loads of fun this week, creating this 6″ x 8 1/2″ trifold folio together.
These vibrant papers pair beautifully with Heartfelt Creations Rustic Sunflowers. But I added other handmade flowers from my stash to pull out all the glorious colors of summer.
Making a Wrapped Chipboard Folio Bas
If you’ve never made a wrapped chipboard folio base before, I think you’ll enjoy the process. It is not hard, and does not take too much time, either. The best part is that when you are done, you’ll have a very sturdy and durable folio base that you can adapt in loads of ways!

I’ll be back tomorrow with the second part of this 4-part series. But here’s a sneak peek to whet your appetite and pique your curiosity!

I watched all four videos before commenting because I was dealing with some health issues and watching was about all ai could do. I wanted to come back, however, and let you know I appreciate this tutorial. It is relaxing to watch you craft and you make sure we have the measurements we need to create it ourselves. I encourage anyone watching this first tutorial to take the time to watch each one. It is worth the time. Thank you, Kathy, for a beautiful tutorial. Blessings!
Ohhh Kathy …this is just gorgeous! Soon as I get some things done, I just gotta make one! I am one of those people who just can’t figure out what to do with these beautiful picture pages …but you just jump right in and do accordingly! Thanks for the great tutorial! Gotta go catch part 2 …I’m behind …always! Hugs, Suzy Q
The cover of this folio is such a breath of fresh air! Loved the tutorial on how to make the folio, can’t wait to see more. Thank you.
The Stamperia paper is just gorgeous! You have made an incredible folio with it and I look forward to how you put it all tog. I love the larger format and am going to try this one.
