G 45 Alice’s Tea Party Shaker Easel Card Tutorial for Make & Take Tuesday

Hello, Friends!  Its Make & Take Tuesday, and I’m excited to share this Graphic 45 Alice’s Tea Party Shaker Easel Card Tutorial with you.  Isn’t it fun?  I’ve used the Spellbinders Amazing Paper Grace March 2022 Die of the Month, some goodies from Reneabouquets, and a Buttons Galore Shaker Mix to bring this project to life.  Today’s tutorial will give you the basics for making the card base, introduce you to this lovely new die set, show you how to make the shaker window, and we’ll also have another flower making session together.  So let’s get this party started!

It’s Time for Tea!

Are you loving the Amazing Paper Grace Bella Ovalette Die as much as I am?  It works perfectly as a shaker frame, as I’ve done here…but it can also be used with its other components to create detailed layering pieces.

See these sweet little posies?  Learn how to make them in the video tutorial below.  And how about this dapper White Rabbit Beautiful Board from Reneabouquets?  He’s saying, “It’s Time for Tea!”

Speaking of tea, look at these darling teacups and teapot charms!  It’s always so much fun to add just the right embellishments to a project!

A Peek Inside

Of course, if you’re going to make an easel card, you have to create a stopper or brake.  This gorgeous fabric flower lace from Reneabouquets does the job perfectly.

And, it you’re going to make a tea themed card, you have to include some tea and treats inside the card, right?

Now go make something beautiful!

Then read on!

Alice’s Tea Party Boxed Mini Albums Kit Reveal:  The Venue

This magical tea party event takes place inside a beautifully altered Graphic 45 Book Box.  Cover the box with Memory Place Alice’s Tea Party papers.

Add a cute pair of antique bronze box feet to elevate the design.  Then adorn it with fabulous ribbons and Little Birdie Flowers.  People, I’m tellin’ ya!  This project is everything I dreamed it would be and more!

There’s fun on every side….

….even the back !  I designed this project with parties and centerpieces in mind.  So I created a darling tag album and pocket feature on the back side of the lid.

Add hidden journaling or photos on the back of the tags.  Aren’t they cute?

Alice’s Tea Party Boxed Mini Albums Kit Reveal:  The  Mini Albums

Each of the three albums in the box stars one of the main characters from Alice in Wonderland.  The Alice Mini Album is loaded with interactive elements, hidden pockets and even a pop up page.  The White Rabbit Mini Album features double accordion pull out pages.  You can fit 14 photos here.  Then, last but not least, The Mad Hatter Mini Album houses a pair of box pockets filled with mini folios.

I prepared a little video tour of the project for your viewing pleasure.
