Hello, Friends! Just as I promised, I’m back today to share my Old Fashioned Christmas Card Kit Reveal for The Button Farm Club. It’s stuffed fuller than Santa’s stocking with 5 different card designs (14 cards total) and a really fun to make Christmas folio.

When it comes to Christmas, Simple Stories really knows how to do it right! Everything in this collection speaks to all the warmth and memories of Christmas gone by. The rich color palette, traditional patterns (with lots of Christmas plaid!) and beautiful imagery makes this one of my favorite Christmas card kits ever.

Stylish Diagonal Gift Card Pockets

Gift cards have become a very popular item for Christmas giving. But I always want to dress up the packaging, don’t you? So I designed 4 diagonal gift card pockets, filled each one with tags and ephemera from the collection, embellished with cute snowflake buttons, and included a larger writing space on the back side.

These cards should fit nicely into a 5″ x 7″ envelope, and are lightweight and easy to mail.

Dimensional Frame Cards for Gifting or Home Decor

Look at all the jolly Santa images in this Old Fashioned Christmas Card Kit! We use the nesting frame dies that come in the kit to really make them pop! And there’s a fun surprise inside each 5″ x 7″ card, too!

Shaped Cards with Gift Card Pockets

I’m really excited about the set of nesting dies that comes with this kit! I’ve used them here to create a quartet of stylish shaped cards. Easy to make, and beautiful to give. What more could you ask for?

Shaped Easel Display Cards

Can you picture this pair of shaped easel cards displayed on a mantle with candles and greenery? Oh, how I love a good display card! The base for this card comes together in under a minute. Then we simply die cut all those gorgeous layers using the nesting dies. The end result speaks for itself.

Old Fashioned Christmas Folio

Need a place to document all your warm and wonderful Christmas memories? This 5″ x 9″ folio is loaded with room for photos, journaling and holiday fun. It’s a super easy construction, and such a cute way to display all those happy moments.

Americana Thanksgiving Creativity Kit Release

Carta Bella Americana Thanksgiving Creativity Kit Release for the Button Farm Club

Hello, Friends!

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday, so I am very excited to share this Carta Bella Americana Thanksgiving Creativity Kit Release for the Button Farm Club. It’s not a card kit, nor is it a mini album or a junk journal. It’s a delicious assortment of home decor, card folios, table favors, cards, and a cute recipe file folder. What fun I had putting this kit together, and I can hardly wait to share all the goodies with you.

Thanksgiving Table Favors

Dressing the Thanksgiving Table is as important as dressing the Thanksgiving turkey, do you agree? Our family has a long tradition of creating special table favors to celebrate the feast. That’s why I created these adorable little treat boxes. Each box has a decorative belly band and will stand up for display.

I’ve tucked a cute tag and mini note card inside each box. Sometimes we each write a special blessing on the back of a tag and read them aloud before we have our pie. It’s a great way to reflect on the good things that have taken place in a year. There’s also room in here to add a tea bag, chocolate treat or a mint inside.

Dimensional Table Centerpiece

The kit also includes this unique dimensional table centerpiece. It’s double sided, so both sides of the table have a nice view. Tuck fall flowers or foliage into the centers of the open columns. , Cluster small gourds and pumpkins around it to make it really special. You’ll see more of this in the video preview below.

Recipe File Folder

If you’re like me, you have a pile of special recipes that you only pull out for Thanksgiving. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a special spot where you could keep them all together? That’s why I created this darling little recipe file folder for the kit.

Each accordion file has 6 divider tabs, and room on the back for a photo of the dish, or the family member/friend who made the dish part of your Thanksgiving tradition.

Gather Interactive Folio

The older I get, the more precious family photos become. So I created this lovely 7″ x 5″ interactive folio as a spot where you can capture the memories of your family Thanksgiving.

Dimensional Card Folio

This dimensional card folio might be my very favorite project in the entire kit. Not only does it make a great display piece, it has room for photos and memory keeping inside.

Summer is the season of sunny days, outdoor picnics, pool parties, and strawberry picking. The days are fleeting, but you can make the memories last a lifetime in this memory album. Wouldn’t this be a great place to display photos of summer birthdays, pool parties, or jam making? You could even tuck a few strawberry recipes inside, just for fun!

Let’s face it: life is busy! And you want to find a way to document time spent with friends, family and grandchildren. But you need it to be quick and easy, right? That’s why I designed simple pages that can be completed in about 15 minutes. This page has simple square photo mats on top, and pocket photo mats on the bottom. This gives us room to tuck in adorable mini folios and fill them with pictures or journal memories.
