Spellbinders Propagation Garden Sentiments with Really Reasonable Ribbon

Hello, Friends!  Spellbinders Propagation Garden Sentiments Stamps share center stage with Really Reasonable Ribbon trims & flowers today.  It’s “all the way springtime” here in North Carolina, and my flower-loving soul has to celebrate all the vibrant blooms in a flirty, feminine greeting card.  If you don’t already have one, go grab a cuppa and join me as we take a closer look at today’s card creation.

Happiness Blooms Here

A good sentiment stamp is worth its weight in gold.  That’s the way I feel, anyway.  Spellbinders Propagation Garden Sentiments Stamps & Dies is really, really good. With 18 different mix and match sentiments in pretty fonts and 8 matching dies there is almost no end to how many combinations you can come up with.  I’ve paired them up with Stamperia Spring papers and Reneabouquets Pink Aurora Butterflies.  Here’s how this card came together:

Spellbinders Propagation Garden Step by Step
  • Stitch a 4 3/4″ x 6 3/4″ panel of Stamperia Spring paper to a 5″ x 7″ panel of Spellbinders Pink Jewel Tone Glitter paper.
  • Add a belly band with 2 cute tags tucked behind it.  Top the tags with 3/8″ Coral Rose Mini-Check Ribbon, Burlap String and Sweetheart Blossoms.
  • Next, die cut a round image from the paper collection and back it with dimensionals.
  • Now adhere a large Reneabouquets Pink Aurora Butterflies in the center of the die cut circle.
  • Then arrange a cluster of Really Reasonable Ribbon White Chrysanthemum, Pink Trellis Roses, and Pink/Ivory Cherry Blossoms around the focal image.  Follow the curve of the circle and add some die cut foliage beneath to make it look natural.
  • Tie a loopy bow with the Coral Rose Mini-Check Ribbon and tuck it beneath the flower cluster.  Top it off with an iridescent string bow.
  • Embellish with Pink Aurora Tiny Treasures, a vintage pink button and the Propagation Garden Wax Seal.
A Peek Inside

Have fun adding stamped messages inside the card, too.  I stamped on the flip page…

…and on the sweet little tag I tucked into a pocket inside the flip page.

How much do we love this darling little snail?  Add another sentiment stamp here, and on the postcard, too.  See?  I told you this was a fantastic stamp set.

I hope I shared some tips, supplies and ideas you can use in  your next crafty adventure.
